Registration
You can register for SEA 2025 clicking on the link below and following the registration procedure:

- We require that at least one author for each paper registers and presents the paper at the conference.
- If no author is able to attend, an alternative speaker must be found.
- The registration fee (see table below) covers the publication costs as well as the welcome reception, the coffee breaks, the social dinner and the boat excursion to the islands of Murano and Burano.

Student registration is available at a reduced fee for participants currently enrolled in a university program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) who can provide valid proof of their student status.
Regular registration applies to all other participants.
We also offer the opportunity for accompanying people (relatives, friends, etc.) to join the social dinner or the boat excursion without registering for the conference. The rates are 50 EUR for the dinner and 20 EUR for the excursion per person.
